there is no rule that you blog every day

i have a personal blog which is heri.madmedia.ca and i only write when i have something important and original to say.

if eric is not a good writer, he should at least get the domain name and put his C.V. there plus some contact information. then after that do the blog

I, for one, don't listen to podcasts.

Why? I don't have to waste 2h in the car/bus/metro every day. I much prefer written text because you can quickly know if you are interested or not.

By the way, if he's not a good writer, get someone to double check his writing AND tell him his common mistakes. This will help him improve his writing skills at the same time!

For me podcasts would take too much time ... but I would like to post more frequently and to mix it with iWeb's blog posts for sure I think serverbeach's approach is a very good one. As for anonymous, ok I'll write my name next time !

As I'm in the sales team of iWeb (but I'm the geek of the team.. so I understand Eric (sales..) and you (tech)), I think Eric and YOU need to do podcast. As you write.. I don't know.. one post per week, you can just do a little podcast per day with some links on your blog (with the podcast).

Why you doesn't post it directly on the bla bla blog (iWeb blog..)? Peer1, Serverbeach (I know is the same company.. but.. ) and others hosting already use this media to speak to the customers, future staff member and to the investor peoples.

As you know Mathieu of K3.. I will suggest you to take a look here :

http://www.k3blogue.com/

I hope we can do something like that in the future with iWeb..

Oh, yes, I'm glad to know you will work with us (sales..) in the same builing (Nounes Island (brrrr..)).

PS : I will not post this comment with the nick "anonymus" ;)

I think once a week is fine. Eric could give good insights and I'd love to read what he has to say. Once a day is way too much - I signed off of Seth Godin's blog because of the information overload. (too many tidbits, not enough real articles).
