The profile page are not so good (I think) and it’s hard to have a really and fast connection with other profiles).

Good place to find a job or to find candidate. I think it is better than having a business card organizer filled with 500 business cards. You might open it once and find a usefull contact you had forgotten” I see linked in as the same thing but better.
