Cela fait depuis 10h Am ce matin que notre serveur web (dédié) est down, et jusqu'ici vos gens ne sont pas capables ni de nous expliquer les raisons du problème, ni de le résoudre: cela fait un manque à gagner énorme !!!! La moindre des choses, pour un hébergeur qui se respecte, c'est d'offrir des solutions de rechange, en attendant que vous trouviez la solution au problème.!!!! Mais rien !!!! Cela prend au moins 40 minutes pour joindre un 'technicien', et au final ce dernier n'est même pas capable de vous expliquer les raisons du problème, je ne parle pas de le résoudre !!!!!!!!!!!!!! bonjour Monsieur Leclair,
